We formulate with precision and stand behind every batch. If a Strata product doesn't deliver the results you expect, we'll make it right—no questions asked.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to evaluate any Strata product. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll process a full refund or replacement at no cost. We're confident in our formulations because they're built on clinical efficacy, not marketing claims.

What qualifies for a return?

• Product doesn't perform as expected for your skin type
• You experience an adverse reaction (see below for important guidance)
• Product arrived damaged or defective
• You simply changed your mind within 30 days

How to initiate a return

1. Email hello@stratamens.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (Iceland-based fulfillment)
3. Ship the product back in its original condition
4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5 business days

Note: Return shipping is prepaid for defective or damaged products. For other returns, standard return shipping costs apply (approximately €8–15 to Iceland, depending on location).

Adverse Reactions: What You Need to Know

Strata products are formulated for clinical efficacy with minimal additives. We use active ingredients at evidence-backed concentrations—which means you may experience mild adjustment effects, particularly with exfoliating or treatment products.

Normal adjustment (not a reason to return)

• Slight dryness or mild flaking during the first week
• Temporary redness or sensitivity when starting actives like niacinamide or salicylic acid
• Subtle texture changes as skin adapts

These effects typically subside within 3–7 days as your skin adjusts. Always start with the lowest recommended frequency and refer to our How to Use guide for proper introduction protocols.

Signs of true incompatibility (contact us immediately)

• Persistent burning, severe itching, or hives
• Swelling or difficulty breathing (seek medical attention first)
• Rash that worsens after 5+ days of use
• Reaction to a known ingredient you didn't realize was present

If you experience any of these, discontinue use immediately and contact us at hello@stratamens.com. We'll help identify the cause and process a full refund or replacement. Why We Don't Accept Returns on Opened Products (With Exceptions)

Most opened products cannot be restocked due to hygiene standards. However, if you experience an adverse reaction or discover an ingredient issue within 14 days, we'll still help you—contact us and we'll work out a solution. We prioritize your skin health over resale logistics.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged, leaked, or defective, we'll replace it immediately at no cost—even if opened. Email photos to hello@stratamens.com with your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement shipment within 2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

All Strata products ship from our facility in Iceland. We offer:

• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (most of Europe)
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available for most locations)

Delivery times begin after order processing (typically same day for orders placed before 2 PM GMT). If your product arrives damaged, see the section above.
